Say hello to The Sweet Serenades

Swedish Nöjesguiden just highlighted the upcoming album of the hotties of The Sweet Serenades as one of 2009′s many noteworthy debuts. Of course, we also want to “draw our straw to the anthill” by sending out a big shout for the boys. Check out their new video Mona Lee, which is another hot production of Andreas and Mathias Näslund – the main men of Say No More.

Süperstar Orkestar släpper skiva och firar

Jag vill passa på att boosta kanske Sveriges raraste och snyggaste balkangäng just nu som släpper skivan “Balkanized” och firar med konsert/klubb på Södra Teatern 13 september, 20.00 – 02.00. Enligt ryktet, finns chans för oss otåliga att få en skymt av Süperstar Orkestar redan dagen innan, tidigt på TV4…

Vacation!

Finally, we both have a few weeks off to enjoy the cold swedish summer. We’ll be back in august with a new remix of The Sweet Serenades’ upcoming singel. And we have loads of stuff in the pipe prepped for a really nice autumn, so check back here every now and then!

I just love having a private soundtrack

I have just recently, for the first time, had the wonderful experience of listening to music in crowded public spaces through my fresh new iPod Shuffle. I love it! I am aware that most of you probably already have felt the cool uplifting tingle of listening to music that only you can hear, like a private soundtrack channeled through the magic of mp3-players. For me however, it’s all new and exciting. On the down side, I must say, it does get kind of boring listening to the same two songs over and over again… So maybe you could give me some tips on what to listen to, by commenting this post? Thank you!

The Sweet Serenades

If you’re in to The Hives, then you should check out our guitarist Mathias’ band The Sweet Serenades. Only TSS sounds much fresher. They like to label themselves as power pop / energetic rock. We’ve been collaborating with them every now and then; Lead singer Martin is the star in the video to Say No More. Head over to the video section and have a look!
